Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium yellow squash, cut up
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Slice 5 or 6 medium size Vidalia onions, not too thin.
    Saute in 1 stick butter until limp, but not brown.
    Separate slices with fork and layer with Ritz cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
