Scalloped Corn For 50 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. melted butter or bacon fat
    1 qt. whole milk
    4 1/2 qt. cream-style corn
Preparation
    Add cracker crumbs, salt and pepper to taste to butter or bacon fat.
    Mix milk with corn.
    Place alternate layers of corn and cracker crumbs in greased pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
