Smoked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked haddock, remove skin and bones and break into bite-size pieces
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 c. frozen peas
2 c. cheese sauce
4 slices chopped crisp bacon (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Fry until tender the mushrooms, onion, pepper, tomatoes and peas.
Place haddock and rice in large casserole.
Add fried vegetables and 2 cups cheese sauce.
Mix well and bake, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 6.
