Granny Greiner'S Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. blossoms
    4 qt. boiling water
Preparation
    Pour hot water over blossoms in crock and let stand overnight. Next day, strain and pour liquid back in the crock with 3 pounds sugar and 2 lemons, sliced thin.
    Then take a slice of wet bread, sprinkle yeast on it and put on top of hot liquid.
    Cover and let stand for four weeks; strain and bottle.
    Do not cap too tight until through working.
