Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick oleo

Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, milk, vanilla and potatoes.
In a saucepan melt oleo; add marshmallows and mix until melted.
Pour into potato mixture, stirring as you pour.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
