Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds or chopped cashew nuts
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix ingredients together except for cheese and chips.
Top with cheese and chips.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven. Serves 10 to 12.
