Ort Chicken Kiev Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. margarine, at room temperature
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut into small sticks
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 large container fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pound breasts very thin.
    Spread with 1/4 cup softened margarine and set aside.
    Blend 1/2 cup margarine with herbs and set aside in small saucepan.
    Place a cheese stick in center of each chicken breast; roll up like jelly roll.
    Coat rolls with flour; dip in eggs, then bread crumbs.
    Arrange in well buttered pan in single layer.
    Melt margarine-herb blend and spoon over chicken.
    Scatter mushrooms.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Pour wine over and bake 20 minutes more.
