Steak With Ham-And-Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. finely diced ham
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of dried whole oregano
    dash of coarsely ground black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    3 Tbsp. brandy
    1 lb. sirloin strip steak
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, ham, onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is tender.
    Add salt, oregano and pepper.
    Stir in brandy and simmer 1 minute; set aside.
    Grill steak over coals 20 to 25 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
    Pour sauce over steak before serving.
    Yield:
    2 to 5 servings.
