Tomato Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ripe tomatoes (medium to large)
    3 red sweet peppers
    1 cucumber
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    6 tart apples
    3 onions
    1 pod hot pepper
    1 c. seeded raisins
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and drain fruits and vegetables.
    Scald, core and peel tomatoes.
    Core and pare apples.
    Peel onions; remove seeds from peppers.
    Chop fruits and vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients and boil until thick.
    Pour, boiling hot, into hot jars and seal at once.
