Rice Consomme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt stick of butter in a skillet.
    Add dry rice and brown. Pour soup, mushrooms and onion in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. After rice is browned, add to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Easy and quick.
    Great with hamburgers.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
