Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

orange juice
8 to 10 grated carrots
1 small can fruit cocktail, drained
3/4 c. raisins, soaked 15 minutes in lukewarm water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a bowl mix carrots with orange juice to moisten.
Add next 3 ingredients.
Mix well; then moisten with mayonnaise.
