2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
