Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini sliced
1 can #2 size cream corn
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 eggs
1 or 2 diced chilies
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Partially cook zucchini.
Mix
everything else (except grated cheese) until smooth.
Fold in vegetables and chilies and put in buttered casserole.
Top with cheese.
