Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. apples, cut fine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg

Preparation

Sprinkle sugar over apples.
Let stand while mixing together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Break egg over apples; mix well.
Then mix with other ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
