Cornstarch Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sweet milk
    2 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pat of butter
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 small pkg. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Pour into a baking dish.
    Top with a meringue.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until meringue is golden brown.
