Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. icing (confectioners) sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar with a fork in a tall glass until very light and fluffy.
    (If you make several servings at the same time, you may use an electric beater.)
    Add orange juice or hot water and brandy.
