Easy Mashed Potato Leftovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c mashed potatoes-leftovers work great
1/2 c cubed ham pieces
1 c mozzarella cheese
1/4 c onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
Preparation

Saute ham and onions with butter until tender.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dip approximately 1/2 cup potatoes in pyrex dish until all are in dish. Shred mozzarella cheese and place on top of potatoes.
Place in oven until warm and cheese has melted about 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
