Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted Cake Flour
    3 c. Sugar
    1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 c. Sour Cream
    1 c. Butter or Margarine
    6 Eggs, separated
    1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    Add Soda to sifted Flour and sift again.
    Cream the Butter with Sugar with 6 Egg Yolks in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat Well. Gradually add Sour Cream and flour mixture; starting and ending with the flour.
    Beat Egg Whites until they hold peaks.
    Gently fold into the mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured bread pans at 325 for 1-1/4 hours or until a toothpick comes out fairly dry.
