Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 small zucchini, peeled and sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 can water
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 carrot, grated coarsely
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Spray or butter a 2-quart casserole; spread bottom with 1 cup Stove Top stuffing.
Parboil zucchini, carrot and onion to tender-crisp.
Drain and pour over stuffing in dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup stuffing over zucchini mixture.
Spread soup over, then melted oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and somewhat brown.
