Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pork roast
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 bottle chili sauce (6 to 8 oz.)
    2 onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 button garlic
    red pepper to taste
    salt and pepper
    water
Preparation
    Flour pork roast.
    Salt and pepper it.
    Add enough water to almost cover.
    Pour the following mixture on top: vinegar, chili sauce, onions, sugar, garlic and red pepper.
    Cook on top of stove and keep turning.
    Cook at least 4 to 5 hours or until meat cooks down and falls apart.
