Green Chili Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium or large chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    flour tortillas
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Jack cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken with onion and seasonings until tender.
    Cool until easy to handle.
    Remove bones from chicken and put pieces in a large, buttered casserole.
    Layer top of chicken with torn pieces of tortillas.
    Next, layer with green chilies, mixed with sour cream.
    Repeat layer of tortilla pieces, topped with Cheddar cheese, using a generous amount of cheese.
    Place another layer of tortilla pieces over cheese and top with a layer of Jack cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until heated through and cheeses are all melted.
