Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. chopped dates
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

In large pan, melt butter.
Add eggs, sugar and dates.
Cook 5 minutes until dates are melted.
Mixture will be dark brown. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, Rice Krispies and walnuts. Roll into small balls; roll in coconut.
Keep refrigerated.
