Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 lb. large shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    In a glass bowl, combine oil and onions.
    Cook on High for 7 minutes, until onions are tender.
    Stir in celery and green pepper. Cover; cook on High for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
