Copper Penny Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. carrots or 4 cans
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 c. celery
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. woo
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix carrots, bell pepper, onion and celery.
    Mix tomato soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, woo and mustard.
    Pour over first 4 ingredients. Marinate overnight.
