Pumpkin Harvest Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine raisins, walnuts and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Sift together 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
    Set aside.
    Melt shortening in saucepan.
    Stir in brown sugar.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in pumpkin, vanilla and eggs one at a time and beat well.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Pour in a well greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bars.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
