Jack'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together. Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Gradually add milk. Roll about 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut with round cookie cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 11 to 12 biscuits.
