Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. Planters salted peanuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade or chutney
Preparation

Toss first five ingredients together in a bowl.
Best if left in refrigerator overnight.
Mix last five ingredients.
Add to chicken mixture.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
Makes 4 generous servings.
