Honey Cake(Israel) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. plus 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. chopped candied orange peel
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. honey
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
    3 egg whites
    4 1/2 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    pinch of cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced blanched almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Coat bottom and sides of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan with 1 teaspoon oil.
    Sprinkle the pan with 2 tablespoons flour, tipping from side to side.
    Cover evenly.
    Turn pan upside down and rap sharply to remove excess flour.
    Stir raisins and orange peel in a bowl with 2 tablespoons flour until evenly and lightly coated.
    Set aside.
