Chicken Cordon Blue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 c. sour cream
    8 slices ham, sliced thinly
    salt, pepper and thyme
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts; lay out ham on top of chicken breasts and season each with salt, pepper and thyme.
    Roll up each filled breast; roll in melted butter and corn flakes.
    Fasten each with toothpicks; place in sprayed shallow baking dish.
    Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven; bake 35 minutes.
    In a saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, lemon juice, seasoning and any leftover cheese slices (broken up).
    Bring mixture to a light simmer until cheese melts.
    Remove chicken from oven and pour sauce over all; return to oven for 10 minutes of baking.
