Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sifted flour
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne (or less!)
1/2 tsp. salt (or less!)
Preparation

Cream butter; add other ingredients and mix by hand.
Shape into one inch balls.
Chill or freeze.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 30 balls.
