Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless stew meat
    1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Cook (boil) meat and onions until tender.
    Add potatoes and corn.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer on low 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
