Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef chuck, sliced thinly
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour, browned
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Broil meat until done.
    Place in saucepan.
    Season with garlic, salt and soy sauce.
    Add 1/4 cup water; cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add pepper, onion and celery; cook 10 minutes.
    Mix flour with 1 cup water.
    Add to saucepan, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add tomatoes and heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
