Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In shallow bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, garlic salt, basil, oregano and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Place, skin side up, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken near bone is no longer pink.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
