Grits Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. grits
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten lightly
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in bowl and microwave stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed.
Place margarine, cheese and grits into 1-quart souffle bowl or baking bowl, stirring until blended.
Allow to cool and add eggs and blend.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven; bake 30 to 40 minutes to just light brown.
