Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. broccoli, cut in small pieces
1 large onion, quartered and pulled apart
3 sticks celery, cut in small pieces
1 large carrot, cut in small pieces
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. snow pea pods
1/2 c. green beans, cooked
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. lite soy sauce
1 pkg. Oriental seasoning sauce mix
2 c. white rice
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Combine all vegetables and stir until hot.
Add soy sauce and sauce mix.
Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook white rice for 10 minutes on medium heat and serve vegetables over rice.
Yields 6 servings.
