Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced bread, broken into small pieces
    1 lb. mild sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer bread pieces in bottom of greased 13 x 8 x 2-inch casserole. Spread browned sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Mix together beaten eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes about 8 servings.
