Fat-Free Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey meat (however much you wish)
    fat-free crackers
    1 can tomato sauce
    chopped bell peppers (if you wish)
    chopped onion (if you wish)
    1/2 packet Lipton onion soup mix
    dash of garlic
    dash of pepper
    ketchup (if desired)
Preparation
    Crush crackers until meat holds together.
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
    Place in meat loaf pan.
    If your heart desires, add ketchup to the top.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    It's yummy!
    Eat as much as you wish.
    You won't get fat!
