Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
    Pan-fry sausage.
    Drain.
    Spoon over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat remainder together.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
