Cinnamon Christmas Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. applesauce
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) bottle ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix applesauce with cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter.
    Make a hole for ribbon.
    Put on rack to dry.
    Let air dry several days, turning occasionally.
