Brie Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried apricots
    peach or apricot brandy
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (14 oz.) Brie round
Preparation
    Chop apricots and soak overnight in brandy.
    Blend butter and cream cheese in mixer.
    Fold in apricots and walnuts.
    Cut Brie hamburger-style.
    Remove rind off top and sides; leave on bottom. Spread mixture on bottom half and place top of Brie on filling. Coat top and sides with remaining mixture.
    Garnish with 2 apricot halves and 2 walnut halves.
    This will keep a long time in the refrigerator.
