Hickory Brisket Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. fresh beef brisket
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. steak sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 3 tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of Tabasco sauce
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Place brisket on grill of barbecue smoker, away from hot coals.
Salt.
Add dampened hickory to coals; close smoker hood. Slowly hickory-barbecue 4 hours or until tender.
