Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried beans
1/2 lb. salt pork
3 c. onions
1 c. chopped onions (green)
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. link smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation

Soak beans overnight; drain.
Add water 2 inches above beans. Add salt pork; cover and simmer until beans are done.
Add next 10 ingredients; cover and cook 1 hour.
Cut sausage in 1/4-inch slices.
Brown and add to beans.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
