White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. butter
6 eggs
1 oz. lemon extract
1 qt. pecans
8 oz. candied cherries
8 oz. candied pineapple
1 lb. white raisins
2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cream eggs, butter and sugar.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in well greased tube or Bundt pan 2 - 3 hours at 300 degrees.
