Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stack of ritz crackers
1/2 stick of margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Let cool.
Grease pan and tear chicken into pieces and place in pan.
Lightly sprinkle with pepper.
In a mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup of water.
Pour over chicken.
Melt butter.
Crush crackers.
Pour butter over cracker crumbs.
Cover casserole with crumb mixture. Cook at 300 degree or 325 degree for 30 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
