Enchiladas Conquesa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix or 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat; stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Place rounded tablespoonfuls of meat sauce and cheese in each tortilla; roll up tightly.
    Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
