Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
1 1/2 lb. meat
salt and pepper
1 can chili (without beans)
1/3 can water
tortilla shells
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
1 can tomato sauce
grated cheese
Preparation

Cook the meat and onion until done. Salt and pepper. Add the chili. Add the water.
Simmer for a few minutes. Take the tortilla shells and dip in hot grease and take right out.
Take the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce and mix in a bowl together.
Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with meat mixture.
Put in grated cheese and roll up individually in pan.
Hold together with toothpick.
Pour remainder of enchilada sauce and meat mixture over top after they are in the pan. Garnish with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.
Add lettuce on top.
