Honey Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Lightly coat an 11 x 7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Lay potatoes in a single layer in prepared dish.
    Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper; drizzle over potatoes.
    Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
