Ambrosia Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 baked pie shell
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup reserved juice and cornstarch.
Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Beat Cool Whip and softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
Blend in lemon juice and vanilla.
