Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 raw potatoes, peeled
    2 eggs beaten
    1/4 cup flour
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 cup milk
    3 Tbsp melted butter
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with cold water for several hours. Remove 1/4 cup of potato water.
    Grate potatoes; add with remaining ingredients to 1/4 cup potato water.
    Bake in small cakes on a greased griddle.
    Turn and brown on both sides.
