Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. deboned salmon
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, well beaten
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend flour and pepper.
    Cook on low heat until bubbly.
    Stir in broth and milk bringing to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in salmon, onions and parsley thoroughly and refrigerate 1 hour.
